Core Structure & Technical Design
This linear module is built with bearing steel dual guide shafts. The dual-track structure eliminates longitudinal clearance, ensuring smoother movement and improved load capacity. It is equipped with C7 grade ball screw, featuring dust-proof and rust-proof treatment.
Flexible mounting design is one of its highlights. Side-mounted M4 movable nuts can be fixed at arbitrary positions, and M6 movable nuts on the sliding platform allow convenient installation of limit switches and accessories, greatly simplifying mechanical assembly work. The overall aluminum alloy profile provides high rigidity while keeping lightweight.

The dual-slider design enables synchronous or independent motion on the same axis. It is suitable for applications where two workpieces need to be moved simultaneously along one linear direction.
