Rotary screw is an efficient transmission component that converts rotational motion into linear motion, widely used in fields such as CNC machine tools, automation equipment, and robots. 1、 Working principle
When the screw rotates, the nut will be converted into linear motion according to the lead angle of the screw’s rotation, and the passive workpiece will be connected to the nut seat and nut to achieve linear motion.

2、 Main features
High transmission efficiency: The mechanical efficiency can reach 92%~98%, and the friction loss is small.
High precision: Through precision machining and strict quality control, the positioning accuracy is high, up to C0 level.
High speed feed and micro feed may have small starting torque, enabling precise micro feed.
High axial stiffness: By eliminating gaps through preloading, the system rigidity is improved.
Non self-locking, reversible transmission: can be converted from rotational motion to linear motion, or from linear motion to rotational motion.
