YIDI MOTION Unveils HM90B Sealed Ball Screw Linear Module

Product Overview

The HM90B is a fully integrated, double-shaft linear stage housed within a 90 mm-wide sealed aluminum extrusion. Its enclosure protects the internal ball screw, linear guide rails, and bearing blocks from dust, metal chips, cutting fluid, and other airborne contaminants—extending service life and maintaining positioning accuracy over time in demanding production environments. The module accepts a NEMA 23 (57 mm) stepper motor as standard and is offered with three C7-grade flanged ball screw options: 1204 (12 mm diameter, 4 mm lead), 1605 (16 mm diameter, 5 mm lead), and 1610 (16 mm diameter, 10 mm lead), each with dust-proof and rust-proof treatment.

At a maximum running speed of 300 mm/s, the HM90B supports a horizontal load of up to 50 kg and a vertical load of up to 20 kg. Its dual-track bearing-steel linear guide design eliminates longitudinal clearance, ensuring smoother operation and greater load capacity compared with single-rail alternatives. The sliding platform features six M6 mounting holes on a 115 × 100 mm pattern, while the base provides four Ø5.2 mm mounting holes and movable M6 T-nuts for flexible limit-switch installation.
