Product Overview
The CB40L is a fully integrated linear stage consisting of a precision ball screw, a linear guide rail, a load-bearing sliding block, and motor mounting brackets—all pre-assembled and aligned at the factory. The module accepts a NEMA 23 (57 mm) stepper motor as standard and is offered with three ball screw lead options: 1204 (12 mm diameter, 4 mm lead), 1605 (16 mm diameter, 5 mm lead), and 1610 (16 mm diameter, 10 mm lead), allowing engineers to balance speed and thrust according to application requirements.
At a maximum running speed of 300 mm/s, the CB40L supports a horizontal load of up to 30 kg and a vertical load of up to 20 kg. Its sliding block features a four-nut locking arrangement that minimizes backlash and enhances structural rigidity, while the integrated side-bottom slide nut design reduces the need for additional mounting brackets and simplifies machine integration.
