Core Design & Structural InnovationThe LD175C features a 175mm-wide high-strength aluminum alloy beam and telescopic rack structure. Equipped with 2M rack paired with 25-tooth pinion and EGH linear guide rails, the module maintains excellent rigidity under heavy vertical loads. The precision-machined mounting plate reserves multi-specification through holes and tapped holes for fast integration. The modular design allows flexible configuration of guide rail sliders, improving overall structural stiffness to resist deflection during high-load reciprocating movement.
