Built on rack-and-pinion drive architecture, this compact linear actuator balances precision, load capacity and long-stroke capability, delivering a flexible vertical axis solution for multi-axis robotic systems, pick-and-place stations, material handling and automated assembly lines.
Conception de base et innovation structurelleThe LD60ZC adopts a telescopic rack transmission structure, paired with 60mm wide aluminium alloy beam as the main frame. It is equipped with EGH15 linear guide rails and 1.5M rack with 25-tooth pinion, ensuring smooth, stable linear movement during vertical reciprocating motion.
The modular mounting plate comes with pre-machined multi-specification mounting holes, simplifying mechanical integration into gantry robots and custom automation equipment. The integrated structural design reduces assembly time while maintaining high rigidity under dynamic load.
